Since 1991, E.RE.C.A has been implementing many projects in electronics for its clients. From office equipment to industry or health, E.RE.C.A and its engineers implement projects in many activity fields.

Stand-alone and portable sensor system

Air flow and temperature control board

Project : Real-time oxygen analysis for combustion and processes control
Technology : µC Cortex M3, Modbus, Clef USB, analogue signals design and acquisition, thermocouples, relay control, graphic LCD display, touchscreen management, temperature control, PID.
Achievement : Design and development of the PCB and the embedded software.

Puncher

Field : Office equipment
Project : Determining the positioning of the sheets according to the format (A4/A3/etc.)
Technology : µC, optical sensor
Achievement : Design and development of the PCB and the embedded software.

Enedis Rack

Field : Communication lines remote monitoring for industrial VHV circuit breaker supervision
Project : Development of an automated system that temporarily increases the offset voltage of a communication line to regenerate the electrical connections of the welds.
Technology :16-bit microcontrollers, differential signalling, power electronics.
Achievement : R&D, development of a POC and a prototype, on-site endurance tests, manufacturing.

Bell management system

Field : Clockmaking
Project : Automatic controller bell driver with pre-recorded times (cathedrals, schools, etc.).
Technology : µC cortex M4, USB key, graphic display, touchscreen, relay control, real-time clock, time zones, FCD.
Achievement : Design and development of PCB and embedded system.
